| Hello Progressives and Friends,
State Legislators from around the country have signed a letter of support for HR 676 and are appealing to their fellow legislators in all fifty states to add their signatures to the letter.
The letter is an appeal to President Obama and the members of the 111th Congress to support HR 676, single payer healthcare legislation which was introduced in Congress by Representative John Conyers, Jr. with 75 co-sponsors, including Congressman Dale Kildee. The letter will be published in "Roll Call", a
widely read publication on Capitol Hill, Washington D.C.
Michigan legislators, Rep. Betty Cook, 3rd Dist. and Sen. Hansen Clark, 1st. Dist. have signed the letter and are asking their fellow legislators to add their signatures.
We can help in this effort, by contacting our representatives and senators to encourage them to add their signature in support of HR 676.
