| Andy Coulouris, State Representative for the 95th District, has announced he will not run for a third term.
According to an interview with the Saginaw News, Coulouris had considered running for Speaker of the House, replacing prospective gubernatorial candidate Andy Dillon, but has decided to step down to spend more time with his family.
