| State Representative Andy Coulouris (D-Saginaw) has announced he will leave his position as State Rep for the 95th District effective at the end of April. He'll become Public Affairs Manager for Dow Corning in Washington D.C. The seat will remain vacant for the remainder of the term. The winner of the November General Election will fill the vacancy.
